At Tarweig (https://tarweig.com), accessible via our main site and our client portal (https://clients.tarweig.com), protecting our users’ privacy is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines how our application accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects Google user data in full compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

1. Data Accessed & Collected

Our application requests access to specific Google user data through secure OAuth protocols. Depending on the service used, we access:

  • Google Profile Information (Non-sensitive): Your primary Google email address, name, language preference, and profile picture via openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile scopes.
  • Google Sheets Data (Sensitive): Read, write, and manage permissions for spreadsheets created or accessed by this app via the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets scope.

2. Data Usage & Purpose

We use the accessed Google user data strictly for the following operational functionalities:

  • User Authentication: To allow clients to seamlessly register, log in, and manage their web hosting and development accounts securely on our WHMCS billing portal (https://clients.tarweig.com).
  • Automated Administrative Logging: To synchronize and log internal business operations, customer invoice generation, transaction details, and billing updates from our WHMCS platform directly into designated Google Sheets for administrative accounting and reporting.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

Tarweig does not sell, trade, rent, or share Google user data with any third parties. All accessed data is processed internally to execute user-requested authentication or backend accounting automation. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy’s “Limited Use” requirements.

4. Data Storage & Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information:

  • Profile data utilized for login is securely stored in our encrypted WHMCS databases.
  • Google Sheets data is transferred directly between our secure servers and Google APIs via encrypted HTTPS connections and is not permanently cached on our local infrastructure.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We retain user profile data as long as the user account remains active on our portal. Users have complete control over their data. You can disconnect your Google account from our portal or request complete account and data deletion at any time by opening a support ticket inside the client portal or by contacting us directly at [email protected]. Upon receiving a request, all linked Google data will be permanently purged from our databases within 30 business days.

6. AI/ML Model Training Disclosure

Tarweig strictly does not use, store, or process any Google user data or Google Workspace data (including Google Sheets content) to train, tune, develop, or improve artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
